Botanical gel plate printing is a printmaking technique where acrylic paint is rolled onto a gel plate. Paper is then pressed onto the plate to transfer a one-of-a-kind image. The process involves rolling layers of paint and placing leaves, flowers , grasses and other materials and pressing paper onto the plate to capture the image.
